South Sudanese President Salva Kiir is urging his government to implement the peace deal recently signed with opposition groups. He says implementing the deal will bring peace and reconciliation to a country that's been devastated by civil war since December 2013. CGTN's Patrick Oyet now reports from the capital, Juba.
