In Peter Capaldi's 12th Doctor era, Rassilon was deposed as Lord President of Gallifrey by the Doctor ans exiled from the planet. Sometime after this the master, after finding out about the Timeless child, destroyed gallifrey and every TimeLord was eliminated. This is later reaffirmed in Ncuti Gatwas first season when he explains these events and thinks his granddaughter Susan, has passed. But is Rassilon gone? Did he partner with the Master?
