- 1 to Hosidius general store (Hosidius teleport, Kourend teleport or walk)
- 1 to Piscarilius (mine cart, port Sarim or walk)


1) Talk to Tomas Lawry

2) Run south until you hit 2 houses. In front of those houses is an npc called Poor looking woman. Talk to her.

3) Go NW and enter the eastern house. Talk to Robert O’Reilly and give him a stew so he’ll tell yo where the queen of thieves is located

4) follow the path east and enter the manhole
- Go west until you arrive at the Warrens

5) Near the entrance of the tent with anvil sign, talk to Devan Rutter.

6) Exit the sewers, via the same way you came in and go east. South of the big building is the npc Conrad King. Click on him and select either the brutally or softly option.

7) Return to Devan Rutter in the sewers

8) enter the tent and talk to the queen of thieves (aka shauna piscarilius)

9) Teleport to Hosidius and enter the most northern house in the row of houses east of the general store.

10) Picklock the chest next to the big barrel. This might take a couple of attempts

11) Return to the quest, the bank of Piscarilius, and on your way there; read the letter

12) Talk to Tomas about your quest

13) Return to the queen of thieves to complete your quest because now the piscarilius fbi is investigating Councilor Hughes’ ties with the disciples of Yama instead of the queen of thieves

Read the certificate to gain 10% piscarilius favour
