It's the first big weekend in the legs, as part of the road to the Cyclocross Season! This video documents me wrapping up my first week of building my base season, with 3 1/2 hours on Saturday with a 30 minute zone 3 block and then joining the Mossa group ride, which was more like a chain-gang!
Having pushed hard on Saturday and not staying on top of hydration, I kept Sundays ride pretty easy. Still getting the hours in for my base season but not pushing too hard to let the body recover from the dehydration.
