Juliette faces numerous serious challenges and overcomes many obstacles before her story in Hugh Howey's Silo books reaches its eventual resolution. In Silo season 1, Juliette starts off living in one of the lower levels of the massive underground bunker. However, her life takes a dramatic turn when she is given the chance to become the new Sheriff of Silo 18, following the unexpected death of Holston in the early episodes of the season. The season concludes the first chapter of her journey, while also setting the stage for a new and more dangerous chapter to come.
