8:40 on a Tuesday morning (5th Feb 2013), CS8 is full of people on bicycles, of all types: there are 'sit-up-and-beg' bikes, Boris bikes, a brompton, hybrids, roadies. No-one is holding anyone else up - the only delay (to those on 4 wheels) is trying to cross the roundabout at the end.
Notes:
- I'm in the general traffic lane because I was able to stay at the same speed as the traffic around me. This way I didn't have to keep pulling in and out to overtake bikes running slower than me.
- I thought I was in the cycle lane when I passed the Merc on the inside, but the video suggests otherwise. Might be the positioning of the camera, or I might have undertaken it. Sorry!
