Globalindo Intimates is Garment Manufacturing since 2008, began the process of digital transformation in 2017 as a strategic step to drive the financial and operational impacts of the garment in ladies underwear. Various initiatives are implemented to improve operations, such as renewing machines using industry-based technology 4.0, monitoring real time performance and overall equipment effectiveness. In 2019 we was appointed by the Government of Indonesia under the Ministry of Industry as the Lighthouse Industry 4.0 project cooperating with Sucofindo as a consultant to accelerate to Lighthouse Industry 4.0 Garment in 2022.

In 2019, we accelerates the digital transformation process starting from the Inventory Management System line, digitizing all administrative processes and launching various digital and robotic tools to support these activities, in all administration process we changed the paper to digital systems, supply chain management optimizer, until our Buyer can monitor orders in real time.
