Security agencies in Kisoro have arrested two people found in possession of an assortment of items including knives, scissors, machetes, nails and wires. Two people were arrested in the operation in Nyakabande transit centre for refugees. The security teams acted after a tip off. The resident district commissioner for Kisoro Capt. Peter Mugisha said they also found Ugandans masquerading as refugees in the centre.
