Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Groundnut Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- Salt
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder (roasted)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Assorted Vegetables
- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
