Bumper Car at SM Mall of Asia By the Bay Amusement Park Pasay City. SM By the Bay is a 1.5km long theme park located behind SM MOA opened in 2011 and has 16 unique rides. The star attraction is the MOA Eye ferris wheel stands 55 meters or 180 feet tall and features 36 six-seater air-conditioned gondolas. We came by for a bumper car session.
