Those of you who fly into Burke Lakefront Airport (located on the shores of Lake Erie) understand how challenging it is given its location. There is always some sort of crosswind and in this video, the winds were 200 at 10 kt gusting 15 kt. As they pass thought the buildings, it creates quite a bumpy ride into the airport. When learning how to fly, my instructor said "if you learn to fly here, you can fly anywhere"
