An alleged member of a violent Venezuelan gang has been arrested on capital murder charges.
Court records say that on Nov. 21, an arrest warrant was issued for 29-year-old Eiber Gabriel Sira-Vargas, on charges of capital murder stemming from the kidnapping and subsequent execution of 19-year-old Alexis Jose Vargas. [ Ссылка ]
