[ Ссылка ] Your brain is already greater than the best computer on the earth. It is just the operating mechanism that matters and makes a difference. So you should only give it the fuel it needs and take care of it regularly. In order to prevent it from getting unhealthy.
To maintain your operating mechanism’s efficiency try to keep your brain busy with new and effort requiring activities.
Because rolling stones gather no moss. Don’t leave your brain to gather dust/moss.
Here are some of my personal favorites:
Nutrition: Generally all natural (not so called organic but natural) foods, fruits etc.
Also take natural supplements, Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty Acids, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid and a good quality brain booster
Hydration: (drink at least 2–3 liters of water everyday, if drinking this much is hard for you, then don’t drink with regular 200mL glasses but try 1500mL bottles instead. Because big servings feel less, also don’t fill same plastic bottle more than 3 times)
Exercise: (I believe no explanation needed, after a fatty diet, you may want to burn the calories)
Sleep: (you should sleep no less than 7 but no more than 8 hours, in between is optimal)
Other things that can help include, Meditation, Discipline and high brain activities (example Chess and Sudoku)
keep away from everything harmful. (examples, Sugar, Drugs, Smoking, Alcohol, Junk Food etc)
