Going by the casualty numbers in Nepal, so far the heart of the tragedy is undoubtedly Kathmandu, but the destruction goes beyond to villages in mountainous regions, where the real picture is only slowly coming in now. NDTV reports from Dhading, one of the five worst-hit districts, but so remote that our reporters are among the first to have reached the spot.
