Ingredients
1 egg
1 plum tomato (Tomato Jos)
1 small onion
2 small pieces of butter (not margarine) for frying. You can also use vegetable oil
Tips
1. The key is to turn the heat down so low that the tomato omelette does not burn or stick to the pan.
2. If the inside of your pan is not smooth, the Tomato Omelette MAY still stick to the pan. The roughness may be caused by using iron sponge to scrape the insides of your pan. Not good.
3. The butter gives the Tomato Omelette a better taste.
