In this video, we are sharing our island hopping experience in Bohol, Philippines. It includes dolphin watching from the boat and the two stunning destinations, Balicasag Island and Virgin Island.
First stop was to find dolphins on our way to Balicasag.
Next stop is the Balicasag Island. It is home to one of the best beaches in Bohol purely for its glistening white sands and abundant marine life just offshore. Best for snorkeling and diving. We were told that this crescent shaped island is clearly visible from the airplane as you approach Panglao airport so when you go to Bohol, watch out for it and get your camera ready!
Last stop is the Virgin Island, also known as Pungtud Island. It is a small sandbar located near Bohol. This strip of white sand emerges during low tide, creating a postcard-worthy destination surrounded by crystal-clear waters.
Both Balicasag Island and Virgin Island showcase the natural beauty of Bohol, offering a mix of thrilling underwater encounters and serene beach experiences. Whether you're an adventure enthusiast, nature lover, or simply seeking an idyllic escape, these destinations will leave you with incredible memories to cherish.
Shout out to Tata Gimenza who organised this tour for us, our skipper/guide Mark Galano and Leomayo Guimalan. And our guide in Balicasag Bos Bryan. Thanks for making this tour a wonderful and memorable experience.
If you want to connect with them, pls let us know so we can give you their details. Cheers!
