Pete Chiovarou from Ibanez gave us a mini tour of the 2008 upgrades for the company's BTB and SR basses, which include Bartolini pickups and electronics as well as some brand new finishes.

Pete was really excited about the "Arctic Frost" finish, but wasn't really sure how the guys at the Ibanez factory accomplished its particular look. What I was impressed by, however, was that no one figured out that "Pete Chiovarou" is a cover name for, obviously, Seth Rogen.
