In this video you will learn how to make the famous Argentine Pasta Frola tarts. Super tender on the inside, combined with a dough that breaks in your mouth. An ideal sweet tart to eat in the afternoon with tea or coffee.
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
110 gr eggs (2 eggs)
120 gr sugar
400 gr all-purpose flour
20 gr baking powder
4 gr de salt
200 gr butter
1 Tbsp vanilla essence
1 Lemon Zest
400 - 700 gr de quince confit/jam (to taste)
This recipe can be enough to line the mold of a 28 cm diameter Tart. In this video I used a 22 cm diameter mold and several small molds (5 x 10 cm each).
