This song was written to be a cry of surrender from France to God. “At the time, when I was writing this song, I didn’t know french. All I had was a melody and the short phrase “prends mon oui, ma vie est à toi”. My heart was broken for the nation of France.
I asked God for a song that would resonate in France and later this recording became a reality.” We recorded the song live in the streets of Paris in January 2020.
