Part 2 of 6: WESTMINSTER and VICTORIA area walking tour for Lumiere London live festival 2018.

Lumiere London is a light festival that’s free to attend, and brings together some of the world’s most exciting artists. It’s produced by Artichoke, a registered charity and the UK’s largest producer of art in the public realm, and commissioned by the Mayor of London, Lumiere London sets out to change the way you see the city. The event runs from Thursday 18th - Sunday 21st January 2018 17.30pm - 22.30pm.

See all the sights as Watched Walker (yes, I’m talking about myself in the third person) takes us on a walking tour through the streets of London, featuring Lumiere London 2018 live festival at the Westminster and Victoria location.
