1/2 sweet onion
1 Hāmākua Ali‘i mushroom (King Oyster Mushroom)
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1/2 cup red bell peppers
2 cups baby bok choy
3 cups chicken stock
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
6 tbsp cornstarch
