In a large bowl, combine dry yeast and sugar Add warm water (Warmness helps yeast to activate) Let the yeast activate for 10 minutes Add an egg and vegetable oil Add salt and mix Add flour and start kneading using your hands Cover bowl with plastic wrap; let stand in a warm spot until dough has doubled in size, about 30 minutes Meanwhile mix curd cheese with finely chopped parsley for the filling The dough is ready! Shape the dough pieces into a walnut size ball and roll Brush egg yolk onto top and let stand for another 15 minutes before you bake On 200C (400F) pre-heated oven, bake for approx. 25 minutes, until golden brown! 1 cup milk
1 tbs dry yeast
