INGREDIENTS
3 - 4 pcs salmon fillets
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Zest of one lemon
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Seasoned both sides of the fish with salt and black pepper.
Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add the salmon fillets and cook 3 to 4 minutes on the both sides until golden. Add the zest of one lemon. Add fresh lemon juice.
Garnish with lemon and fresh parsley.
