We were bottom fishing in Steinhatchee Florida out of the Sea Hunt Gamefish 25 and about to pack our gear when Captain Peters couldn't resist putting a bait down to the STACKED bottom machine. We thought it could be Grouper or Amberjack, since we frequently catch those while fishing offshore in Steinhatchee, but what we pulled up was a catch we'll never forget! I even was able to catch a Grouper on an inshore setup!
