Struggling to tilt to get your invert?
It all starts with that pesky tuck!
I often can pick up the problems pretty quickly once seeing a video having coaching 1000's over the years,
For the invert, I usually hear that they have been working on tucks for ages but not getting the tilt...
When I see their videos it looks similar to the top one of this videos, maybe not so exaggerated but you get the point.
They feel that they should be able to get the tilt as they can lift their legs for multiple reps and even hold it, however this is the technique that's going to get that tilt to actually invert.
If your knees are not getting way above hip level, don't even think about trying to tilt yet.
