On 24 August, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) raided the homes of four Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leaders, namely Sunil Singh, Ashfaque Karim, Faiyaz Ahmed, and Subodh Rai. The raid comes ahead of the floor test for the Janata Dal (United) and RJD-led ‘Mahagathbandan’ in the Bihar Assembly.
