So two weeks ago I decided out the blue to go on a trip to Vienna as last year I went there on a family holiday and last year the flights was very enjoyable. Now ohow ever things have changed, the service was rundown and the inflight food was horrible, the crew wasnt the greatest, the captain did not make a single annoncement, and the aircraft wasnt cleaned during it turn around thus meaning the cabin was grotty and dull to look at.
