I Combined Egg With Rice Flour & Make This Pudding Dessert | Soft & Creamy Rice Flour Pudding Recipe
Ingredients & Process:
/3 Cup Rice Flour
½ Cup Milk
Mix Well
Keep Aside
Caramel:
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelised
Pour In 7 Inch Mould
2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Sugar
Rice Flour Mixture
Keep Stirring
Cook For 5 Min.
Cook Until Thickened The Mixture
Cool Down Completely
2 Eggs
½ Tspn Vanilla Essence
Beat Well
Strain The Mixture
Mix With Rice Mixture
Pour Over Caramel
Boil Some Water
Place The Mould
Cover
Steam Cook For 30-35 Min.
Cool Down And Keep In Fridge For 2 Hours
