"Towards Zero Statelessness" is an evaluation mechanism of the "Eradicating of Statelessness" program of the Brazil Action Plan, which helps the States to determine if they have managed to eradicate statelessness at the national level. It is also a tool that contributes to the development of operations plans, strategies and projects at the national level, as well as to give visibility and recognition to the progress of the States.
