Deputy President William Ruto, has endorsed the creation of a political federation for the countries of East Africa as a way of boosting the economic growth of the region.
Ruto made the remarks at a dialogue on the future of East Africa held in Kampala this morning. The dialogue, which was organised by the Africa Strategic Leadership Centre covered areas of regional integration, economy and trade in the East African Community region.
