CHICKEN TIKKA SLIDERS
RECIPE ⬇️
Ingredients:
For marination:
300 gm boneless chicken cut into small pieces
1 Tbsp chicken tikka masala
1 Tbsp Tandoori masala
1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste.
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp thick yogurt
salt to taste
1 Tbsp oil to shallow fry.
For green raita.
1/2 cup yogurt.
1 tsp cumin powder.
3 Tbsp fresh mint leaves.
2 Tbsp fresh coriander
Other ingredients
6 slider buns
1 medium size onion thinly sliced.
1 small cucumber sliced.
4 Tbsp mayonnaise.
2-3 cheddar cheese slices.
For Spicy Butter
1/4 cup butter melted.
1 Tbsp chili flakes.
Method:
1)In a bowl add melted butter, chilly flakes and mix well together, set aside.
2)For green raita in blender add fresh coriander, mint leaves, cumin powder salt and blend until smooth. Set aside.
3)Marinate the chicken with the above-listed marination ingredients, and let it rest for some time. Cook it in a pan by covering it. Once it’s reduced the water and chicken is cooked, pour 1 Tbsp oil and shallow fry it!
4)To assemble the chicken tikka sliders- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Place the slider rolls, slit side up, on a baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves, place prepared chicken tikka bites, then pour prepared green raita, add onion and cucumber slices then top off with cheese slices. Brush prepared chilli butter.
5)Bake it at 180 degrees preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or just until the cheese melts.
6)Serve with your favourite sauces and enjoy.
