[Ingredients for 6-8 servings]
- 1 whole garlic
- 2 small shallots or 1 large shallot
- 2 green onions
- 1 oz ginger
- 6-8 lemon grass
Marinade
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 4 Tbsp fish sauce
- 4 Tbsp Vietnamese caramel sauce
- 4 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp black pepper
Meat
- 5 lb spare ribs
- 4 cups coconut water
- 1/2 vinegar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
