$1 Vs $100 Ramen 🍜
$1 Dollar Ramen Recipe:

1. Get the Best Flavor Ramen (Chicken 🙃)
2. Boil for 3 Minutes
3. Season with the Packet and Mix

$100+ Ramen Recipe (Gyukotsu Ramen)

Stock (Western Style)

1. Oil, Season, and coat Bones in Tomato paste. Bake 450F for 1Hr
2. Add Bones and Mirepoix to a Pot of water. Skim and Place on a rolling boil for 10Hrs.

Miso Tare

1. Blend Garlic (4), Shallots (1), Chili Oil (1/4Tsp), Soy Sauce (1/2Tsp), Mirin (1Tsp), MSG (1/4Tsp), and Miso Paste (1/2Cup)

Dressing up the Bowl

1. Add Some Tare to the Bowl First
2. Add the Broth and mix. Place the cooked noodles on top.
3. Add the Wagyu, Soft Boiled Eggs, Caviar, Minced Shallots and Green onions, nori, Gold Flakes and Truffle oil.
