I’ve been called a prayer warrior a time or two, and here are my “secrets” to having a powerful prayer life.

Y’all know there are no secrets over here, but here are 3 things that enrich my intimacy with God:

1️⃣ My Prayer Bible has become my most treasured #christiangirl #musthave . I shared a detailed video on my channel to help you create your own #prayer #bible . You seriously want to do it, sis! #linkinbio

2️⃣Im a lover of words. So when I’m reading the Bible or a faith-based text or listening to someone pray/speak, I make a mental note of phrases and prayers that resonate with me so that I can combine that language with my own vernacular. Similarly, Im quick to pray the lyrics from worship songs hit me in my soul.

3️⃣ When I pick up the phone to call my bestie with the latest news, good or bad, I put the phone down and instead talk to God JUST like I would my bestie. I’m talking tone, inflections, words, body language & ALL.

🎀As a bonus, let me tell you that some of my most powerful prayers have been when I set in silence the ENTIRE time 😭🙌🏽 #dontsleeponit
