In hermetically sealed jars, the mushrooms completely retain their fresh taste and smell.
IT'S VERY SIMPLE AND REALLY DELICIOUS.
INGREDIENTS:
-Mushrooms (wild mushrooms: porcini, aspen mushrooms, boletus mushrooms), cleaned
-Water
-Salt -1 tbsp for 1 l water
-Black pepper
-olive oil
Choose very fresh porcini mushrooms, not damaged by worms.
Sterilized this way, mushrooms can be stored in a dark, cool place for more than a year.
Canned mushrooms for the winter will turn out to be evenly salted and crunchy.
You can only preserve the youngest mushrooms, completely fresh. For preservation, the mushrooms are thoroughly cleaned.
To clean mushrooms, peel and wash quickly under running water (do not keep in water, so that they do not get wet and do not gain water).
