In this Video, Showing Complete Details about the Manufacturing Process of Plastic Water tanks inside Factory....
Process Consists of Following Steps:
This Process is Called RotoMolding or Rotational Molding Process in which water Tanks are made by loading HDPE or LDPE plastic powder inside roto metal mold & then Rotate this mold in different Directions by heating at 220-230c for 25-30 minutes depending on the Size of Mold or how much plastic powder material used inside mold. Metal mold is rotating in every direction along with Continuous heat, Plastic powder melted & formed hollow water tank single layer inside mold. if required dual layer water Tank, then reload plastic PP material again & melted. After 30-35 minutes, When whole Plastic material is melted, rotation & heat is stopped, Cool down the water Tank mold by dropping water on it. After Cooling, demolding the water Tank from mold, trimming & fixed other metal accessories outside finished water Tank......
In this process, Can make Single layer to tripple layer durable, Stiff, Strengthy Water tank.
