The Porto Metro is a light rail network that runs underground in central Porto and above ground into the city's suburbs. Porto Metro Andante Tour Card costs €7 for one day and €15 for 3 days. Porto Metro Andante Tour Card is only available in Andante Shops or at ticket counters of the Portuguese railway company CP. Porto Metro Andante Tour Card cannot be bought online or at ticket machines.

We have travelled from Aliados Porto metro station to Jardim do Morro metro station on the yellow line. These two Porto Metro stoppages are located around many touristic places.

The Monastery of Serra do Pilar is situated on an outcrop overlooking the Dom Luís I Bridge and the historic centre of Porto. Together with these locations, the monastery was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. The monastery is notable for its church and cloister, both of which are circular. Please watch -

The best viewpoint of the city is from Jardim do Morro. It is on the other side of the river, in Vila Nova de Gaia and it is possible to get by crossing the top deck of the bridge, Luis I, or by underground (yellow line, towards the station, Santo Ovídio, Jardim do Morro). Please watch
