Do you drink pink with your festive food? I do and I would thoroughly recommend it! My choice for the cooler weather and food matching is something that’s got weight, texture and complexity rather than a simple fruit bomb. Where do we find these? Provence of course.
My preference in the cool and with food is for wines from the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence; one of the 3 sub regions for their pronounced salinity and freshness and intense red fruit and peachy notes. Yum!
