On 5 November, participants from Algeria, Belize, Brazil, Jamaica, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Morocco, Romania, South Africa, Saint Lucia, and Tunisia participated in a South-South Learning event on National Evaluation Capacities. The workshop in Rio de Janeiro examined, discussed and shared knowledge regarding NECs among middle and low income countries.
The Working Groups’ topics ranged from “What is the current situation of each country concerning the encouragement of the National Evaluation Capacities?” to “How to overcome hindrances in order to promote National Evaluation Capacities?”.
