Ingredients:
4 Long Eggplant (Grilled)
1 Red Onion ( chopped )
3 Tomatoes ( chopped )
4 pcs small Green Chilli
1 stalk Green /Spring Onion
Ginger (chopped )
1 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
Procedure
1.Grilled the Eggplant till it become soft and tender then peel it ( removed the skin )
2.Cut or chopped all Spices and put in a Salad plate then when all is prepared
3. Just very simple mixed the Eggplant with the mixed Spices and gave a Good toss then your Grilled Eggplant Salad or Ensaladang Talong or Kinilaw na Talong is ready to served with Grilled Chicken, Meat or fFish. As simple as this super easy and quick and you will have the best appetizer salad of all time .A Must Try!!!
