A good temperature for your cold plunge is around 50°F. No need to go much colder. The benefits - like noradrenaline production - begin at 60°F water exposure.

!!! NEVER RUN THE OZONE GENERATOR INDOORS FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME BECAUSE YOU CAN BUILD UP UNSAFE LEVELS!!! I used to only run the ozone for 10 minutes after each use, and a couple more times during the day and night for 5 minutes. Now I recommend using a UV Clarifier instead of an Ozone Generator.
