After a long 12 hour shift I went to visit the old lab Platinum Fitness for a session with Coach Tate we decided to do a circuit hitting the big muscle groups
Lat pull down, Chest press, Leg press and Push ups each one 25 reps
First two sets moderate weight last set as heavy as possible 12 reps
It's a lifestyle not a moment !
