Eleven Bosnian Serb prisoners including Colonel Aleksa Krsmanovic have been released by the Bosnian authorities.
Krsmanovic had been held by the International War Crimes Tribunal for suspected war crimes.
Freedom for a handful of Bosnian Serbs released by the Bosnian government from Sarajevo.
The release was co-ordinated by Michael Steiner - the deputy of the Special Rapporteur for the E-U in Bosnia.
Last to be freed was Bosnian Serb colonel Aleksa Krsmanovic.
He had been captured by the Bosnian authorities in January this year together with General Djorde Djukic.
They were both handed over to the International Tribunal for War Crimes in the former Yugoslavia in the Hague.
While Djukic was indicted, the court decided it had insufficient evidence to charge Krsmanovic.
He was brought back to Bosnia earlier this month and held in Sarajevo.
There were tears in his eyes as he was reunited with his daughter and granddaughter in Pale.
His wife Slobodanka was also there to meet him. They had a private reunion behind closed doors.
Later Mrs Krsmanovic described her feelings.
