This guided meditation follows the Wisdom and Teachings of Mooji.

Mooji is a spiritual teacher and a non-dualistic philosopher. He had his spiritual awakening in 1987.
After his awakening, Mooji dedicated his life to sharing the message of self-realization and spiritual awakening. He became a teacher and began holding satsangs (spiritual gatherings) where he would engage in dialogues with seekers, guiding them towards discovering their true nature and the recognition of their innate freedom.
In Mooji's teachings, he encourages individuals to shift their attention from the mind's narratives and projections to the direct experience of being in the present moment. By fully inhabiting the present, one can access the timeless depth of their own being and experience a sense of freedom, fulfillment, and peace.
Let go of past and future, surrender to what is, and be fully present in the aliveness of life unfolding here and now.
Remember, cultivating the ability to observe without judgment or attachment is a practice that takes time and patience. Be gentle with yourself and approach it with a spirit of curiosity and exploration. With consistent effort, you can gradually develop a greater capacity for witnessing and experience the freedom and peace that come with it.
