UPDATE: Earth Shield was found today.

Earth Shield:
You gotta kill the first boss in BFD,

Then Head to Zoram Strand in Ashenvale and pick up the quest Elemental Distress, after that Kill elementals in Ashenvale to get a Mote of Seismic Rage, Mote of Infernal Rage, and Mote of Torrential Rage.

Then Turn in the quest and pick up Elixir of Insight, where you'll need to Acquire an Elixir of Wisdom and Elixir of Water Breathing from the AH the Auction House.

Finally Kill Hirzek in the south of The Barrens.

Shamanistic Rage:
In the Charred Vale in Stonetalon Mountains you will find Primordial Anomalies. Kill them for the rune. They are vulnerable to specific elements so try to read their buff and hit them with that ability.

Lava Burst:
There's some Shaman in the farm south east of Tarren Mill that drop this totem.

Lava Lash/Dual Wield:
Go to the Bag Vendor found in the first section of Thunder Bluff, there's a quest giver behind him that will give you the quest chain.

Dual Wield Specialization:
Do Grizzby's quests in Ratchet (he's hanging out at the inn, there's some pre-req's to talk to him). These quests require a lot of materials and this is a very difficult chain financially. Will definitely take some time.

20 Dark Iron Ordinance
16 Shredder Turbochargers

Afterwards you can buy the rune for 5g

Healing Rain:
You need to turn in supply crates until you reach Honored reputation with the Durotar Supply and Logistics faction. Then you can purchase the rune from the supply quartermaster.

Way of the Earth:
Purge the Spirit outside of Ratchet
