Endoscopic exploration of the wound. The endoscope is re-inserted through the central port and the operative space re-insufflated to assure hemostasis. The wound is "explored" using the robotic instruments, drawing the strap muscles to the side to thoroughly view the thyroidectomy site and the anterior tracheal wall, inspecting for hemorrhage. There is good hemostasis. The instruments are now withdrawn, the wounds closed, and the piglet awakened (MPEG 32.4 Mb)
