In the days before the internet, the subjective call of one person was practically essential for a business when creating an ad or any type of marketing content. Because there was no internet, you were paying tons of money for one opportunity to raise awareness about your business and convert people in customers. however, the internet has now completely flipped the marketing game on its head where more is better. Now that you don't have to pay thousands of dollars to reach your audience, you can make hundreds of pieces of content and let the market decide which they like best, and not just the most senior person in the business. Create an environment where everybody feels comfortable sharing their ideas, have the humility to let them all be shared, and let the market decide what it likes and doesn't like.
