Hometown Lawn shows the mini-excavator soil condition in use. The soil conditioner is very similar to a standard tiller. It can be used to prep ground for seeding or sod. It can also pulverize the soil so that it may be then graded easily similar to pulverized topsoil. Depth is variable to about 5", minor debris is sent below the topsoil and the roller evens out the soil. A final landscape rake is recommended for final grade and limit walking on finished product.
