FISH HEAD SOUP

300 gr kepala ikan tongkol (12 oz of mackerel heads)
5 siung bawang putih (5 cloves of garlic)
5 siung bawang merah (5 bulbs of shallot)
2 ibu jari jahe (1/2 oz of ginger)
3 bh cabai (3 pods of chili)
1 bt daun bawang (a stalk of scallion)
2 bh ketimun (2 cucumber)
1500 CC air (6 cups of water)
1 bh tomat (a tomato)
1 bh wortel (a carrot)
1 sdt garam 91 tsp of salt)
1/2 SDM kaldu bubuk (1/2 tbsp of stock powder)
1/2 sdt lada bubuk (1/2 tsp of ground pepper)
1 sdm bawang putih goreng (1 tbsp of fried garlic)
1 SDM air lemon (1 tbsp of lemon water)
