Kodop - Tiny mushroom normaly grows on dead tree such as the rubber trees. Dark grey in colour, it has a rather chewy texture but rich in flavour. The Dusuns of the Bornean state of Sabah normaly collected and dried it for future use. It can be cooked like the one in this video or cook in a porridge of rice.

Tuhau - is from the family of Ginger (Zingiberaceae). The soft shoot of the tree stem is the one that edible. It has an insect like but rather refreshing smell that can bring any traditional dishes into its own uniqueness.
